Best wishes for the newlyweds!

News

In August this year, two of KINGS alumni got married. We would like to share the wonderful news and wish them a lifetime of happiness.

We would like to sincerelly congratulate Edyta Macieja from the University of Warsaw (UW) and Dalibor Kojecky from Brno University of Tehnology (BUT), on their wedding that took place on August 15, 2026. We are very happy you found love in Korea as an international couple. May your marriage be full of health and love!

Here is a message written by the newlyweds themselves:

We met in South Korea in 2022 as classmates at KINGS. We also both attended the same lab (Radiation Safety & Environmental Protection) under the supervision of Prof. Kim Juyoul, and spending every day together brought us closer and helped us build a very special connection.

We are grateful that both of us were given the opportunity to study at KINGS. Graduating KINGS made us very interesting candidates on the nuclear job market and helped us find employment in the nuclear sector. But most importantly, without KINGS we would never have found each other.

It really is true that KINGS helps with making lifelong connections.
