3rd Lecture, titled 'Licensing Basis and Regulatory Process', will discuss such topics as: safety goals, defense in depth, construction process and critical scheduling and licensing process for nuclear power plants. Case studies of handling these matters in the USA, Finland, Japan and Russia will also be presented.
